- there are many problems associated with the functioning of Bitrix on it and our gradual withdrawal from it.
What does not suit (or rather, does not climb into any gate): the speed and adequacy of the technical support reaction to the problems that arise .

For example: we asked to make a forced shutdown of sleeping connections in MySQL (after 5 seconds). It seemed to us that our buggy bitrix gives rise to many sleeping requests.
A day later did. Ok, not lit, ok.
After a few days, problems began to creep out - we’ve got kroons every night in the database of ads for the sale of country houses and townships the ads of various advertisers are being poured in (XML is taken on the client’s web server). So, the fill (inserting data into our database) stopped working - let's say, in a few minutes the error crashes: MySQL server has gone away.
Neither restarting the server, nor flush, or rewriting Bitriksovsky requests for their manual ones, nothing helps. There is nothing in the logs, according to masterhost admins.
The problem is solved the third day. Taking into account that you are calling, you say - well, how? They say - we have increased the limits. We: you have already increased, it does not help at all! They: yes ?? OK…
This morning it dawned on me that the problem may be related to our past request - about the forced closure of sleeping connections in MySQL. Considering that there is no technical specialist at all and no programmer. Pleading requests to bring everything back to normal as quickly as possible - no impact, we sit, wait for the weather by the sea. And losing money and customers.
And not at all sure that they understood me correctly. Now probably again the limits are increasing. I will call again.
Question - help to find a hosting with adequate and fast tech. support. Need a dedicated server running a hoster.
Friends went to timeweb (this is St. Petersburg). While more or less satisfied, but they are there for only 2 months.
Maybe on Caravan? Habr like it is hosted.
