WebMoney in Ukraine: the prospect of closing

A month has already passed since Resolution No. 178 of the National Bank of Ukraine came into force. One of its points states: “To legal entities who are engaged in issuing electronic money (ED), and who are not banks, should bring their activities in accordance with the Resolution during the year”. Let me remind you that Resolution 178 entered into force on 5 August.
In order for the issue of ED to be legitimate in Ukraine, owners must enter into agreements with banks. Input currency should be only national, and the maximum amount of the transaction - 5 000 UAH.

This decision of the NBU is trying to regulate the turnover of ED, and in fact, it seems to me, just to lay hold of the entire turnover of ED in Ukraine. Let me remind you that of the three major market players (WebMoney, UkrMoney, Internet.Money), only WebMoney does not have legal relations with one of the Ukrainian banks. UkrMoney generally has ends that stick out from PrivatBank, perhaps with their submission the decree still came into force, since the project was created 3 years ago.

What is it? Repression of WebMoney, pushing through other systems, is unclear ... But the illegitimacy of the most popular ED system in Ukraine cannot but be alarming.

Unfortunately, there are no comments from WebMoney. Comments WebMoney is . Is it possible that in 2009 we are waiting for the closure of exchange points?
