plans to submit to the referendum the question of unconditional income for its citizens. The referendum will be held in June, and the question concerns all citizens without exception. It seems that the problem of unconditional income (DB) is becoming a new trend of our time. This type of income is planned to be introduced, for example, in Finland, here the amount of payments will be 800 euros. Not too much, but this amount covers all citizens living expenses, so if you do not want to work, then you can not do that.
It would seem that if a person pays money due to which he will not need, then no one will work. But this is not so - in 1970, in the USA, an experiment was conducted, when people were paid an annual income equal to the average income in the country. And people continued to work. True, they were already looking for a job for themselves, not looking at their wages.
In Switzerland, it is proposed to pay even more than
in Finland - not 800 euros per month per person, but about 2,200 euros (2500 Swiss francs). In this case, payments will be made both to those who work and to those who do not work (for various reasons). In addition, it is planned to pay funds to children in the amount of 625 Swiss francs per person. Such payments, according to the legislators, should break the dependence type of work / amount of income.

According to a survey conducted by the Demoscope Institute earlier, the majority of Swiss citizens intend to continue working after payments start. So, apparently, the country will not remain without workers.
As for the financial side of the matter, the transfer of all to this type of income will cost the treasury 208 billion francs per year (slightly less than 200 billion euros). 150 billion francs will be taken from taxes, plus another 55 billion will be provided by such an article as social insurance. It should be noted that with the introduction of unconditional income can cancel all social benefits, benefits and benefits that were paid before the date of entry of the database.
The project has opponents, both in the composition of the left parties and in the composition of the right. Opponents of the introduction of the database believe that the results of the survey by the Demoscope Institute do not correspond to reality. Also, a third of respondents to another survey (1076 people took part in it) believe that if the proposal is implemented, people will simply stop working. Another 56% of respondents believe that the database is just an idea that will never be implemented.
