As the last weeks showed, the approach of
7 days to launch the service I
did it justified our and not only expectations, which means we need to move on.
It was possible to check the frequent statements that it is better to launch a service with a key function in the shortest possible time, and to postpone the creation of additional opportunities to a later date. It was hard to believe in such things, but it really is.
The start-up and motivation of the participants is very important. The quick result strengthens the morale of the team. This approach allowed the first users to test the idea. Only by the reaction of users can one judge its viability. Quick start "makes" to release a very easy-to-understand product.
Over the past few weeks after the launch, I managed to do everything I did:

* completely change the appearance of the product;
* add the function of tags and binding of affairs to the day of the week;
* add reminders by e-mail (in the morning you get a to-do list for the day).
UPD And most importantly, now you can not only add notes to your to-do list by voice by simply calling from the phone, but also assign temporary (and other) labels to such records.
For example, if you call and say:
Mark tomorrow Call for contract renewal ; the case will be added to the list and automatically linked to tomorrow, and the next day you will receive a reminder to the e-mail.
