Because Google Chrome is able to save shortcuts to applications and run them without browser-based binding, I decided to make a small application calculator for myself. It looks like this:
The application itself is an html file that can be downloaded from here: ai-studio.com/chromecalc/chrome_calc.zip , unzip to any folder, open the chrome_calc.html file in Google Chrome and select "Create application shortcuts": ')
After that, set the window to a convenient size and position on the screen - Chrome will remember the size of the window when it is restarted.
In the application shortcut creation dialog, the name and short description of the application is displayed. You can specify them, as well as links to the icons that will be used to create the desktop version of the icon, like this:
