Everyone knows that the best ideas come when several trends converge.
Recently it happened in my head: three trends met:
1.Prosnuvshiysya patriotism. Vividly noticeable in the abyss of the bashorga, and in LJ and in the Habré and many more.
2. The emergence of many different caliber of IT-projects from the state.
3.Opusy type "Adventures of Viti and Masha on the school portal"
Then the question ripens, why not create a public organization (or just a community on the Internet) that would just collect all the questions and complaints about such projects and submit them to the official authorities in an adequate form.
After all, now the problem is that there are good, decent officials, but there are few people among them who can adequately accept such work.
Who agrees, plus. If the topic in 24 hours is in the plus, then we will talk about further actions.
UPD: Yes, I mean it is a legal organization. Something like the organization of consumer rights.
Example: there is some kind of a state project in IT, for example, some kind of lotion in a document flow. It is made crookedly, the people on the Web are outraged. It is necessary to arrange this in some way with an open letter and send it to the responsible department in order to help a good government initiative.
