New Google Docs functionality - Forms

Allows you to create a form ( example ) with the following elements: text, text as a paragraph (a lot of text), multiple choice, checkboxes, choice from a list, scale (convenient for rating, for example) - that is, nothing supernatural, but everything you need is there. The created form can be sent by mail and / or published on the Internet and / or pasted on your page (iframe tag). The results of the answers are all stored in one place and presented in tabular form.
In fact, with what I will paint everything, try it yourself - everything is extremely simple and clear (a google account is required :)), I think the new feature will be popular.
