How not to catch cold

In connection with the latest events in the weather, I was visited by the following idea, because we live in the 3rd millennium, and there is nothing complicated about what I offer.

The essence of the idea is to not give a man naked to go out into the cold.

To this end, it is proposed to create a complex of the following components:

Thermometer, or something more serious.
Monitor, or temperature indicator + speaker.
A bunch of small chips with a transmitter receiver (something like RFID).
Special lock or lotion to normal.
Any additional sensors

This is all placed in the following places:
Thermometer on the street, Indicator + speaker in front of the exit door, Chips in clothes, lock where it was before, sensors depending on destination.

How it works:
The temperature is stitched into the chips for which this clothing accessory is designed. When a signal from the lock (at the time of opening the door, there is still some need to check if someone came, for example, using photo cells like in the subway), clothing chips that are worn on the user are polled (you also need to figure out how to implement the check) meets the supported temperature levels, the case of inconsistency (you go out in slippers in winter) is sickeningly beeping and blinking with an indicator (that you say you’ve lost your mind)

In general, something like this, in the future, the firmware and chip stitching (the benefit of electronics costs a penny) can be passed on to the factories producing them, and the electronic stuffing can reduce the external blocks of the system in price and size.
