In the morning, everyone is just talking about how Mr. Medvedev is
going to teach the “Albany” .
By itself, the news from the category of
"bug!" And no more, but if you try to reveal the fundamental reasons ...
It is unlikely that there will be those who will argue with the fact that the Network generates its own culture, morality and ethics: a set of myths, stereotypes, rules of joint behavior, types, heroes and antiheroes.
')
However, the penetration of this culture outside the Network has become so great that it reaches already quite high ranks.
The US presidential candidate
will start the election campaign in the virtual world , and ours (also the candidate) will probably publish a “pre-election program” in Olban - well, at least in order to involve in the election procedure some percentage of apolitical netyans.
I see this as an
unintelligible, but quite interesting attempt by netocracy to try out mechanisms for attracting attention outside the Web, in the “real world .
”On the other hand, the seizure of power is not so difficult as it turns out. A few weeks ago I wrote about
podcasts from the State Duma on
Politics 2.0 blog, and yesterday I read in Expert about the initiative to equip traffic police posts with “independent video cameras”, then distribute them for free as part of the Anti-Corruption project.
The only question is: if we have a network for collecting data from these cameras, how to handle all this huge amount of information?
And I thought of this: use machines for primary screening (frames in which there are no people, for example), and then distribute them randomly throughout the community, each piece of at least three different people.
I think in the framework of the “nationwide struggle against corruption” it will be possible to attract a dozen, three or four, or even the whole hundred, thousands of people who will spend 15 to 20 minutes once a day on screening frames for “bribes in the frame.” A sort of grid control: found a bribe taker - saved the money paid in tax (i.e., teacher, doctor, meter of the road, or something else valuable)!
Although, of course, you need to consider how many cameras there will be, how much time is being recorded, how many people are needed ...
An interesting project would be. And what officials will begin to rest against (and they, undoubtedly, will begin!) - so it is not necessary to ask them. They are like servants of the people, and not vice versa.
