Yandex has created its jabber client
Yandex has launched an instant messaging service. Such an opportunity appeared in the new version of the program “Ya. Online”. The service runs on Jabber technology and allows you to interact with accounts created both on Yandex and on other jabber servers — for example, QIP, GMail and Livejournal.
Users of “Yandex” who installed “Ya.Online” 2.0 will not have to independently search for their first interlocutors. Friends from the Yandex.Mail address book and from Ya.Ru service will automatically appear in the contact list.
