Does Google filter YouTube content for Russia?

I found a clip of Color Me Badd - “I Adore Mi AmorGiant” in Google for a search query. But when I tried to follow the link, YouTube issued: “This video is not available in your country” (this video is not available in your country).
Does anyone have an explanation for what happened?
PS Explanation found: when publishing content the copyright holder may restrict some countries to viewing.
