I do not know how, but I was brought to the MTS website, although I am not its subscriber. And after what I saw, the desire did not appear exactly.
If you go to the main page of the site www.mts.ru , then below you will see three banners.


100% roaming says the first banner. Poked. And in response: "At the address www.mts.ru/discount/superrest there is nothing."
It's a pity, of course, that not. A lot of users come to the site - and there is no roaming!
