A brief history of transformers

In 1986, IBM PC Convertible was released - one of the first portable laptops of transformers. His display could be disconnected to work with another monitor.

The IBM ThinkPad 701 in 1995 had a very unusual keyboard, called it “butterfly”. When you open the laptop, it literally unfolded. An interesting feature.

In 2005, Fujitsu introduced a device weighing less than a kilogram, with a Pentium M 753 1.2 GHz processor and a 8.9-inch touch screen. The laptop was delivered with a hard disk of 30 gigabytes and with 512 megabytes of RAM.

In 2008, Fujitsu released the hybrid again - the LifeBook U820 mini-laptop
with a screen diagonal of 5.6 inches and a resolution of 1280x800.

In 2012, Lenovo introduced several transformer laptops running the Windows 8 operating system. These are Lenovo ThinkPad Twist with a 12.5-inch and thus red keyboard tracker and the first Lenovo Yoga.

In October 2014, Lenovo Yoga 3 Pro and ThinkPad Yoga 14 came out .
