Pliz advise how best to store large files?

Hello. Faced a problem - my hosting, which in general is very comfortable, turned out to be bad for large volumes and high traffic. My disk space usage has exceeded 3 gigabytes, and I have to pay extra for it twice as much as the most expensive tariff from the hoster.

I think either to move completely (confusion), or to keep the entire archive of heavy files (audio and video) on a separate hoster, which has cheap disk space and traffic.

Advise pliz! This month I already had more than 3 GB of volume and about 20 gigs of traffic. Will be much more soon. I need about 20 gigabytes of space and about 500 GB of traffic. Maybe even more.
