The state steals my money

Sorry, this applies to very few, but ... sad.

I live in the capital of Kyrgyzstan - Bishkek. Until recently, I loved my country very much and respected the state. I never allowed myself to respond badly to my homeland. Always believed in her bright future.
I have my own business - a company operating in the field of information technology, that is, constant contact with computers. In my personal life, I, too, everything is fine - a young wife, is expected to be added to the family. All my business went uphill, but at one point ...
The government of my country, having carried out certain calculations, revealed that the city of Bishkek consumes much more electricity than it is allowed by the plan. And, of course, a brilliant decision occurred to local officials - to chop off the fucking electricity. And not just like that, but according to the schedule, 6 hours a day, in certain parts of the city (which together make up the whole city without exceptions).
God, yes you just imagine what is happening now with my business, with my work, with my company. Electricity disappears 7 times a week, but at the same time 6 times of them - in the afternoon. During working hours.
Houses are terrible now too - electric stoves, electric pumps. 21st century mlyat ...
Traffic lights do not work on the streets - traffic jams, accidents. In the appendage to everything off and schools, and kindergartens and even hospitals.
And now, from now on, I shout loudly that I hate my state - these vile thieves. How will I pay taxes? How will we raise a baby? How are we going to live in the winter (oh, yes, all this garbage will continue until April 2009).
And now two facts:
In the houses where deputies, officials and other people of the "highest" class live - the light is on around the clock. Of course, the deputies will not be able to live in the dark.
SeverElektro (a company that actually deals with electricity supply in the country) sells electricity abroad.

Findings:
The topic does not apply to the topic of Habr, but I'm sorry, I scream from grief. 21 century. I pay taxes, for which I sit by candlelight. Most importantly, I do not want to leave. I just started to get up on my feet ... and if I move to another side - who needs me there ???
