At a press conference on the theme “Implementation of a school feeding organization in the Kaliningrad Region”, the Minister of Education of the Government of the Kaliningrad Region Natalia Sherry said that the introduction of electronic cards to control schoolchildren is being actively discussed.
According to the Internet portal RuGrad.eu, this innovation, according to the minister, will allow both the school administration and parents to control the attendance of classes, meals and receiving materials in the library by their children. Variants of maintaining an electronic journal are also being developed, and in some schools such innovations are already being introduced.
“Of course, these projects are not cheap, so we try to work them out most carefully. For example, instead of electronic cards, a system with electronic bracelets can be used, which is often practiced in water parks to locate children at any time of interest to the parent, said Natalia Sherry.
The Minister of Education also said that the average amount allocated for the food of one student in the Kaliningrad region, depending on the municipality, ranges from 20 to 38 rubles per day.
- Of course, we strive for a figure of 38 rubles, but we need to understand that these are mainly the powers of the municipalities. Where the heads of municipalities pay due attention to this problem, in general, the level of 38 rubles is reached. In addition, first of all we try to feed socially unprotected children. At the moment, we can’t afford to feed everyone, ”Natalia Sherry said.
It's funny, on a psychological level, this generation will be confident (and they go to school from the age of 7, when a person as a person is still very far from final formation) that total control is the norm. It will be absolutely prepared and citizens will get used to the idea that living under control is right and good. Well, hello, oh brave new world!
