Blacklist for extensions

It turns out that firefox and some other Mozilla products have a built-in blacklist for extensions. It is updated automatically every day from the Mozilla servers, and is not disabled in the settings.

The black list is needed in order to disable already installed and prevent new dangerous extensions from being installed.
For the settings of this function, the extensions.blocklist section in about: config is responsible.

Actually what I am all about.
On vacation at sea, I use the Internet via GPRS, which is rather slow and relatively expensive. I noticed that from time to time I’m running off traffic somewhere after launching firefox. Looking at the connection in TCPView, I saw that firefox connected to dyna-addons.nllb02.nl.mozilla.com.

Options for how to deal with this two, both in about: config:
1. Disable function (negative for security): change the value of the extensions.blocklist.enabled key to false.
2. Increase the update interval: set a larger key value for extensions.blocklist.interval (in seconds).
