Chaff kernels ...

How many of you feel the pressure of information noise? What do you do to protect yourself from burial of unnecessary information under megabytes?

I calculated - and it turned out that I have set up a subscription to 24 RSS feeds, plus a couple of e-mail newsletters, plus 5-7 sites that I always visit daily - there is no RSS.

Total every day rolls a decent information wave. And this is in addition to spam, which sometimes also breaks through mail barriers ...

How to filter exactly what I need?

I came to a very simple method - evaluation of headings. It would seem - you can skip something interesting, if the title is not hooked.

However - time saving is impressive.

Compared with the reading of the Header and Teaser, and even the full material (some under the guise of a teaser push through the entire volume) - just incomparable.

So news makers and other non-publishers - headlines are all yours ;-)

Now, if there was an opportunity to set Tag aggregates / keywords in the aggregator - or, say, on my personal Google page, only those messages from RSS feeds that correspond, for example, to the “e-commerce” tag or that contain the specified keywords, would appear it would be great.

Has anyone seen this?
