The situation is the following, there is some base (table) that needs to be manually processed by a person (at the moment there are about 50 thousand lines), but the computer that is given to it for processing opens .xls 5 minutes of clean time, therefore processing is possible only in Office 2007, we decided not to chase the format and saved it to .xlsx, as a result of which the file size was reduced from 30 to 10 megabytes. But still slow and long.
What else can you disable / re-save / take so that it is not so slow? Please do not offer OpenOffice, because There are no such filters as in the 2007 office.
