The idea of a startup, of course, is to make a profit, but so far everything is purely speculative :) But in general this is a provocation project, and the result should satisfy all the parties involved.
So ... buy an elephant?
')
The idea of provocation is simple: repeat Alex Tew’s successful experience (
MillionDollarHomePage.com ), having sold the space on the website
KupiSlona.me for banner advertising, 1 ruble per pixel. And in order to make it more interesting to buy, I’m selling not boring pixels, but a label that we all repeated more than once in childhood.
"Buy an elephant? No, well, everyone says - there is no money, and you buy an elephant ... "
The main motivation is to raise enough funds to accelerate the development of other social projects: the
Tower Co-Working Club and
the Naked Business training . Both of these projects are too brave and even, perhaps, reckless in order to attract loans or investments to them :) Therefore, nothing remains but to risk again and again.
Now a little about the essence. Everyone, including you, can buy a piece of my elephant to place your link and banner on it. The pieces you buy will always be yours. The elephant will not change and will not go anywhere from the page. Using part of the proceeds from the sale of an elephant, I guarantee you that the site will exist for at least 5 years (and maybe more).
You can buy as many pieces as you want or for as long as the budget is enough, until they are sold out (see the statistics on the banner?). When you buy them, I will add there any banner / symbol / logo of your choice, hang a link to your website and the promotional description you offer. Unless, I will not publish pornographic or other illegal content (do not misunderstand me).
The elephant is brutally cut into an area of 100 pixels in size (10x10 squares each) and contains a total of 4,326 such pieces. Why exactly 10x10 - because it is a convenient minimum, at which the placed banner will be visible and understandable. I sell one pixel of an elephant for 1 ruble, therefore, one piece costs 100 rubles. But even if you buy, for example, a whole trunk for 5,400 rubles, it's like:
5400/5 = 1080 rubles per year, 1080/12 = 90 rubles per month.
And one piece for 100 rubles is 1.6 rubles per month. Not so expensive, right?
If you do not want to buy an elephant, but do not mind getting it for free - please post this banner on your website (along with the active link):
and send a link to fotonstep@gmail.com. For this, I will give you a piece on which you can place your banner - well, in general, as
written in the rules .
Thanks for attention!
UPD: Under IE, the site works badly, this browser is like that. Please see Opera or FF. Then I will find a way to do it under IE.
