Over the past 4-5 years, the topic of tables for sitting-standing work has become commonplace, one of the residents even published an article about the search and selection of such a table, but in the article, unfortunately, only two options were offered. But his article served as a pretext for himself “to conquer” the Internet and make a more extensive review, what are the options for sitting-standing tables, how they differ and, if possible, how much money they cost.

In view of the simplicity of construction, there are a lot of options for such extensions, it makes no sense to list them all, some users follow the simple and budget path and use empty boxes or a board + pair of boxes for this purpose.

2.3) Separately, it is necessary to single out tables with a tricky mechanism of counter-loads, the principle of operation did not work out to the end, but it looks like there is also “some kind of spring hidden”.
Judging by the video, it is a very interesting design, it walks smoothly, without much effort, but the width of the tabletop is 60 cm somehow not enough, the monitor turns out to be completely flat, and the keyboard hinged shelf does not allow you to lean on it while working or standing hands when sitting.
2.4) Another exotic type is adjustment with the help of the handle through gears, balm and soul for all fans of retro cars, at the time of nostalgia, you can twist the “generator knob” without departing from the workplace.
