Movable Type 4.21 and Russian version released

In the wake of the Movable Type 4.2 version, version 4.21 almost immediately came out, eliminating a couple of errors. Due to the fact that the Russian version was still being refined, users did not experience problems with the errors found .
And today, finally, I am glad to present you the Russian version of Movable Type 4.21, which differs from the usual one in this:

• Russian language by default.
• Russian dates, names of months and weeks.
• The default time zone is GMT +3 (Moscow time).
• Mail encoding is not ISO-8859-1, but UTF-8.
• In the review panel news from the blog MT.ru.
• In the basement of the admin there are three new links for quick access: MT.ru blog, forum and wiki .
• Correct transliteration of Cyrillic.
• Support for the noindex tag for links in comments and trackbacks.
• When using the SmartyPants plugin, normal quotes ("") are used.
