Overview of Todo Services

The other day I was looking for a service for ideas and projects (there are a lot of ideas and constantly out of my head) and for communication with customers (yes, I still use the services of the 20th century ICQ, Email :).
The following priorities were set:

voo2do

voo2do.com

Convenience of navigation : - Standard navigation using tabs is quite comfortable 9 * 1.0 = 9

Convenience of managing Tudu-lists : - Managed in Web 1.0 mode, although support for Ajax is claimed, but I did not feel any visible effect. Also not happy about the lack of a multi-level structure of tudu and projects. 5 * 1.0 = 5

Collaboration : - There is such. 10 * 1.0 = 10
Interface design : - I didn’t like it at once, it is made in a yellow-orange color that strains the vision, although it’s quite contrasting 5 * 0.8 = 4
High-quality help system : - Adequate for such a project 10 * 0.8 = 8
Russian interface : - Missing 0 * 0.8 = 0
Adding tasks by Email : - There is 10 * 0.5 = 5
Integration with GMail / Google Calendar : - No 0 * 0.5 = 0
API availability : - Yes (the quality of the documentation did not look) 10 * 0.5 = 5
Email Notification : - No 0 * 0.5 = 0
Notification via IM (ICQ, Jabber, Skype, MSN, Google Talk) : - No * 0.5 = 0
Special interface for cellular and PDA : - No * 0.3 = 0
So that it impressed me : - 3 * 0.1 = 0.3
Outcome : 46.3 out of 83 (56%)

Todoist

todoist.com
')
Convenience of navigation : - Everything is archiudic, without annoying tabs, there is a whole bunch of hot keys that are added and edited with one click. 10 * 1.0 = 10

Convenient management of Tudu-lists : - Lists can be managed through drag-n-drop, there is an in-page editor and projects, projects are grouped as well as tudu lists,
Very happy with the syntax format, but without reading the help or viewing screencasts you will not understand. 10 * 1.0 = 10

Collaboration : - No 0 * 1.0 = 0
Interface design : - I immediately liked it. Contrast, without excesses, excellent typography 10 * 0,8 = 8
High-quality help system : - Help system is sufficient, both in syntax and interface. A big plus system - screencasts. 10 * 0.8 = 8
Russian interface : - No 0 * 0.8 = 0
Adding tasks by Email : - Covers only GMail through the plugin 5 * 0.5 = 2.5
Integration with GMail / Google Calendar : - Only Gmail also has extensions for Firefox, QuickSilver, Launchy, Dashboard 7 * 0.5 = 3.5
Availability API : - Yes (The quality of the reference material is excellent) 10 * 0.5 = 5
Email Notification : - There are 10 * 0.5 = 5
Alert by IM (ICQ, Jabber, Skype, MSN, Google Talk) : - MSN, Jabber, Twitter, Mobile phone (paid services), RSS 7 * 0.5 = 3.5
Interface for cellular and PDA : - There are 10 * 0.3 = 3
So that it impresses me : - The idea with the syntax 10 * 0.1 = 1 was very impressive.
Reading syntax help and viewing screencasts is required.
Outcome : 63 out of 83 (76%) // Very disappointed by the lack of timvor: (

Conclusion

The real discovery for me was the Todoist (through the interface). If it were not for the lack of a timvork in it, he would be an ideal tool.
My choice fell on Remember The Milk and until the collab in Todoist appears, I will use it.

UPD Beyond the competition at the request of the hacker ZmiyGorinich is considered

Ta-da Lists by 37Signals.

At once I will say that separately this project is rather weak without the support of other products from 37Signals.

Convenience of navigation : - All-on-one-page navigation , justified 10 * 1.0 = 10
Convenience of managing Tudu-lists : - There are elements Web2.0, editing the contents of the list in standard mode. No comments on the tasks. No multi-level. There are only tasks and projects. No inlaid editing. 9 * 1.0 = 9
Collaboration : - There is such. 10 * 1.0 = 10
Interface design : - Simply without any frills, beautifully contrasting in the style of developers 10 * 0.8 = 8
High-quality help system : - There is no information, and it is not needed for such a project (I don’t even know what to deliver) 5 * 0.8 = 4
Russian interface : - Missing 0 * 0.8 = 0
Adding tasks by Email : - No 0 * 0.5 = 0
Integration with GMail / Google Calendar : - No 0 * 0.5 = 0
API availability : - No 10 * 0.5 = 5
