Interesting online store

I stumbled today on an interesting online store castingservice.ru. It seemed interesting to me because of its extremely low prices. I decided to look into the section "About the store", and there:

I was slightly surprised by this admission. Maybe someone knows why they so brazenly admit the origin of their goods and are not afraid. Are these holes in the law or a simple divorce?
