Audi presents its electric cars

At the Geneva Motor Show, Audi presents its electric car models. One model, the Q7 e-tron Quattro, is a hybrid car with a lithium-ion battery and a diesel engine. It can reach speeds of up to 140 miles per hour (225.3 km / h). SUV can work in a hybrid mode, and on pure electricity.

Another model, the R8 e-tron, is an all-electric car. It has four-wheel drive, accelerates to 62 miles per hour (100 km / h) in 3.2 seconds and can move at a speed of 205 miles per hour (330 km / h). In addition to the electric version, there is also a version with a conventional engine. The buyer can choose one of two engine options, which differ in power: one it is 540 horsepower, and the other - 610.

Electric R8 will be made to order, so it will not have widespread demand. Audi did not mention the price of this version of the R8, but judging by the price of the version with a gasoline engine ($ 183,000), we can say that the electric car will not be cheap.
