All specifications will be available freely. The project provides that the capsules with passengers move in the thin air of the tunnel. The project indicated a working pressure in the tunnel of 100 Pa; this is practically a vacuum, as in the upper stratosphere. The acceleration of the capsules is carried out using magnetic accelerators (stators) in the tunnel and the rotors on each capsule. The distance between them in 20 mm is maintained due to the electromagnetic field.

The first loop will be built on an empty area approximately in the middle between San Francisco and Los Angeles. Here in the future it is planned to build from scratch a new city Quay Valley for 150,000 inhabitants. "City of the Future" will fully provide energy to solar-powered power plants.
