Jeff Bonforte, chief executive officer for voice development at Yahoo, told PC Magazine that the Google services the company offers to its users are completely uncomfortable.
In particular, Bonforte mentioned Gmail and Google Talk, accusing services of lacking ergonomics. Of course, from the mouth of one of the leading employees of Yahoo, it would be strange to hear other words.
Also, Jeff Bonforte cited data from comScore's research: about 60 million people gave preference to the Gmail mail service, while 249 million Internet users use Yahoo mail. Here, however, you can argue: Yahoo's mail service exists longer than Gmail, and there are probably more “dead souls” there.
