Fondservisbank refused to return 50 billion rubles to Roskosmos. A temporary administration has been introduced in the bank.

Another bank from TOP-100 (after Shipbuilding ) is facing bankruptcy in 2015: a temporary administration was introduced in the 75th place by assets of Fondservisbank, in which Novikombank will participate. Roscosmos , to which the bank refused to return fifty billion rubles, initiated an inspection of Fondservisbank at the Central Bank.

Last summer, an agreement was signed with Roscosmos on the implementation of a number of programs until 2018 for 24 billion rubles. Funds can be spent on these programs in accordance with the schedule of payments. Until then, they cannot be removed from circulation.

According to an official representative of the agency, Roscosmos enterprises held fifty billion rubles at Fondservisbank. The bank stated that a refund is possible no earlier than 2018. Roskosmos, on the basis of this application, applied to the Central Bank with a request to introduce a temporary administration, which will clarify the financial position of the credit institution.

The provisional administration in the person of the Deposit Insurance Agency has been introduced into the Fondservisbank since February 25. The Central Bank made this decision in accordance with the federal law “On Insolvency (Bankruptcy)” . Powers of shareholders and governing bodies of the bank are suspended. The Central Bank noted that JSC AKB Novikombank will be involved in solving the tasks of the temporary administration - the main shareholder of this bank is Rostec GC. Some of the six hundred enterprises of Rostec cooperate with Roscosmos.
