Photos from the Russian production of solar panels
As it was already written on GT today , the first full-cycle production of solar panels was launched in Russia. The company Hevel, under whose brand the panels are made, was founded by Russian companies Renova (51%) and RUSNANO (49%).
Cleaner production - protective clothing required for all
The production uses micromorphic thin-film technology.
Production - almost fully automated conveyor
First, the glass is cleaned, then a conductive layer is applied, after it is photoactive, then a rear conductive layer.
LPCVD system for front and rear contacts.
The robot captures one of the substrates and transfers it into a cassette - a set of 20 substrates. After assembly, the cassettes are moved to the desired operation. The robot collects a cassette of 20 substrates no longer than a minute.
The laser scribing unit segments the modules into individual cells and sequentially connects the cells with each other into a single electrical circuit.
Installation of cleaning the edges of the module with laser abeliation.
The removal of the coating from the edges of the solar module is done for the purpose of electrical insulation. For removal of a covering from edges the powerful laser is used.
The system applies a layer of sealant on the cleaned edge of the module.
The combination of the workpiece module, laminating film and rear window.
Stripping.
The robot installs the terminal box.
Control installation measure insulation resistance.
Each (!) Module is tested for performance under standard measurement conditions. The production management system transfers the measurement data to the label sticker installation. Based on this data, the modules are sorted by power.
Ready modules go to the warehouse
General plan of the plant
Technical characteristics of the modules . The nominal peak power of the panels is 120-125 W (under standard test conditions, the ideal angle of incidence of light with an intensity of 1000 W per square meter and at a temperature of 25 degrees). The manufacturer guarantees a capacity of at least 90% of the declared for 10 years, and at least 80% for 20 years.
