Google has denied the creation of its own research center in Singapore, which appeared in a number of media outlets, such as the local edition of the Straits Times.
In particular, Richard Kimber, Google’s executive director for Southeast Asia, was quoted as saying that the company chose Singapore as its target.
But now Google is unlocked, while on the website of the company you can see an
advertisement about hiring a person who has relevant experience for the director of such a center.
