The App Store has a section with Russian products.

Apple has opened a special section in the AppStore “Made in Russia”, according to <re/> itreviewer . This section contains applications and services released by Russian developers. “Made in Russia” has two subsections - applications released by single developers and products of Russian companies.

Apple has also updated the iTunes Store, now it has a special section in which you can buy products at a discount or participating in promotions. Now it is only available in the US, but given the success of the sales strategy for goods at a discount in other e-distribution stores, it can be expected that this section of the App Store will eventually be implemented worldwide.
