NASA is testing a Martian helicopter for future missions.
NASA is testing an addition to the Mars rovers, which should add mobility to them. It is proposed to use a mini-helicopter that will fly daily on the proposed route of the rover. The helicopter will check the terrain and, potentially, find interesting places to study closely.
The photos taken by the helicopter will help scientists study the planet and plan the route of the rover. The planned weight of the alien intelligence officer is 1 kilogram, the wingspan is 1.1 m.
