Great joy in the camp of Kingston fans. The family of solid-state drives has officially been extended with HyperX Predator PCIe SSD super-performance solution. Deliveries of new products will begin in February 2015. Of course, the manufacturers will be one of the first witnesses of the Uber-device tests, but for now, under the cut, there is a small official spoiler on this topic.
HyperX Predstor PCIe SSD Specifications
HyperX Predator PCIe SSD drives support high capacity (240 GB, 480 GB) and high performance to ensure maximum PC performance. Version with a capacity of 960 GB will go on sale in I - II quarter. Faster than the SATA interface, PCIe generation 2.0 x4 provides speeds of up to 1,400 MB / s when reading and 1000 MB / s when writing for efficient multitasking. New drives are based on the Marvell 88SS9293 controller. Form Factor M.2 provides support for next-generation platforms with an M.2 PCIe slot. An optional half-height and half-length adapter (HHHL) is also available for various motherboards without an M.2 connector. The HHHL adapter has standard and low-profile brackets for installation in thin desktop PCs.

Developer Direct Speech
“We are pleased to introduce to the market our fastest solid-state drives. The PCIe form factor demonstrates the highest speed in processing both compressed and uncompressed data, said Lawrence Yang, head of HyperX. “We worked closely with Marvell in designing HyperX Predator PCIe SSDs for high performance and efficient multitasking.”
“Powerful desktop users and data center companies need higher performance to overcome the speed limits associated with SATA (6 Gb / s).” Marvell's PCIe SSD 88SS9293 controller delivers superior next-generation SSD performance, said Mike Chen, director of product marketing for data storage for Marvell. “We are pleased to work with HyperX in order to offer our customers more bandwidth for faster data storage.”

By the way, I note that a year ago at CES 2014 in the same Las Vegas, the prototype Kingston HyperX Predator SSD looked like this:
