According to Roscosmos , in the US segment of the ISS, harmful substances were released from the cooling system into the atmosphere of the station. It happened at 11.44 Moscow time. Now the ISS American segment is already isolated, but the crew was not injured. All cosmonauts are now in the Russian segment.
As for pollutants, in the atmosphere of the Russian segment of the ISS, their concentration is within the permissible norm.
“The safety of the crew was ensured thanks to the coordinated and operational activities of the cosmonauts and astronauts themselves, as well as operational control teams in Moscow and Houston. Further actions on the American segment should be worked out by the American side. Now the MCC in Houston is analyzing information about the state of the American segment of the ISS, ”said the head of the Russian MCC, Maxim Matyushin.

As for NASA, the agency has so far noted that the fact of pressure drop in the cooling system circuit has been recorded. And the version of the emission of harmful substances into the atmosphere of the station is one of the possible variants of the development of events, but the fact of the emission has not yet been proven.
