The Federal Civil Aviation Agency of the United States opposes
laying out videos from quadcopters and fines
drone operators for photos, but supports the use of
drones by journalists . On March 19, the Agency issued a
special permit to Amazon Logistics to experiment with delivery of drones.

The resolution allows Amazon to fly at altitudes up to 122 meters during daylight hours under good meteorological conditions. Mandatory requirement - aircraft must remain within sight of the pilot and the observer. And the operator must have at least a private pilot certificate and a medical examination.
Amazon will report monthly to the Civil Aviation Agency on the number of flights, the time of each flight, and provide information on software failures, deviations from dispatchers instructions and communication losses.
')
Conditions will not allow Amazon to immediately begin a mass delivery of goods, but it may become the first company in the US in the field of electronic commerce, which will begin to deliver products on drones - after the
ban is lifted .
