It is interesting, and what noble habraleda and habrajenthenmen can advise as a “beginning of a career” of the CIO? After all, in principle, we have them not so that they teach and not so that they do not teach. No, there are certainly some specialties ala “Applied Informatics in ...”, which, for the most part, God forbid, are taught to install Win2000, there are a large number of technical universities that prepare (although more often they probably “prepare” there) excellent IT specialists without of every hint of the “managerial” component, there is a huge number of “managers” who fortunately stopped putting coffee in the cd / dvd drive.
