Today the government issued a decree on the establishment of restrictions on the admission of certain types of medical devices originating from foreign countries when purchasing for state and municipal needs ( on the government website ).
In short, it says that medical state institutions are obliged to reject the proposal to sell foreign medical equipment, if there were 2 or more applications with the Russian one .

On the other hand, I have not heard of Russian scanners or cystometry systems.
