Microsoft won the trial against the site that distributes certification training
A federal court in Connecticut decided to prohibit the site preparing for the network certification tests to distribute materials related to Microsoft after the software giant filed a lawsuit against the company, claiming that they are selling real exam tasks.
A preliminary conclusion signed last week by District Judge Warren Eginton (Warren Eginton), Pass4sure.com and his parent company Freetech Services were prohibited from distributing these materials.
As stated on the website, Pass4sure sells "high-quality exam training in questions and answers." The company promises a full refund, in case someone does not pass the ekamen the first time after using their test engine. ')
Microsoft claims that the company distributes real exam answers. The researchers of the company downloaded with Pass4sure training for their various tests in early May and were convinced that they were “identical or very similar” to the corresponding Microsoft's own tests. With these materials, the company and went to court.
Pass4sure distributes training to a mass of certification tests, including those conducted by Cisco Systems, Oracle and IBM. The average price of training is between $ 80 and $ 125.
Such certificates serve as an important criterion for professionalism in IT circles and often greatly influence the salary of their owners.
Although Pass4sure no longer offers Microsoft tests on its website, you can find links to dozens of such trainings in Google.com caches.
Neither the company nor the other did not comment on the incident.
