Swiftpen's online blog editor is officially open.

March 1 launched the public version of the online blog editor Swiftpen .

The service provides users with the opportunity to use a single editor for writing posts on blogs hosted on various platforms. Swiftpen supports Livejournal.com and Deadjournal.com, Liveinternet.ru, Blogger, Wordpress.com and some others. You can even write through it to a blog hosted on your own server: Swiftpen can work with Wordpress API, MovableType and Blogger.

Swiftpen is based on a WYSIWYG editor that supports a variety of formatting, image insertion, YouTube videos, and specific service tags (for example, “more”, “lj-cut”, “lj user”, etc.). The editor includes the autosave option, which will be useful if the connection to the Internet is temporarily disconnected or the browser window is accidentally closed.
