For more than a week, the Smart House system from Beltelecom has been used in my home. And looking ahead, I want to say that I decided to continue using it, despite its simplicity and a small number of sensors. True, so far it looks like "The mice cried, injected, but continued to nibble on the cactus."

During this time, it was supplemented with new sensors, and the possibility of changing the “Home / Not at Home / Sleep” mode was in place.
Motion sensors and door openings work fine, the operation and sending of the message occur instantly, without any delay.

Smoke detector surprised. As expected, during the test, it worked on smoke, made a sound, sent three messages with a warning about smoke. Then, at an interval of 1 minute, the system began to send the message “Device The smoke sensor is damaged. Penetration into the room is possible. Check. ”I don’t know how long it would have lasted, but after two dozen messages, the battery was distorted - the messages stopped coming.


One of the new sensors is the water leakage sensor, referred to as WULIAN SR-ZSSMBPW-FD-01. The sticker on the sensor reveals the secret origin of the sensors. Manufacturer Nanjing IOT Sensor Technology Co., Lt, on the page you can see other types of devices.

Next is the temperature and humidity sensor - a trifle, but nice.


The siren is the only device I haven’t connected. Firstly, it requires 220V connection, and secondly, it screams heavily. Considering that while debugging is in progress, I don’t want it to work by chance.


Smart socket allows you to remotely turn on and off anything.

It turned out that she still knows how to measure the power consumption of the devices connected through her.


Unfortunately, Beltelecom has clamped the camera, or rather, it does not have it in stock. And it is very ugly on their part, at the start of the service, not to provide the most interesting item from the system. But as it became known - this is a Chinese Hikvision megapixel camera.

I would like to note that it will not be possible to connect your sensors, even if they are the same as those offered, the program swears at non-connected services.
There are not enough widgets for quick access to functions, for example, the same outlet and mode changes.
As for power consumption, everything is sad here ... - the phone began to discharge significantly faster.

At the same time, the consumption of sensors is very low. When the battery is discharged or the sensor is physically damaged, a notification will come.

Beltelecom is a large company in Belarus, which is a fixed telephone operator that provides Internet access services, as well as interactive television services. Owns a network of backbone fiber-optic communication lines and is the exclusive provider of external gateways to the Internet.
The launch of the Smart Home service is a normal process for such a company, it “probes” the market for new services, which is good. Time will tell the rest.
