HP story continuation

He took the device out of repair, wrote a claim and went to work.
Arriving, turned on the handheld and found that it also does not work as before the repair. The inoperability is that from time to time the touchscreen starts to “stick” and it becomes impossible to use the PDA. This problem does not appear all the time, and from time to time the engineers from HP apparently turned on the device, pulled a couple of times with a stylus, thought that everything was fine and returned it uncorrected. What kills me most is that I had to wait almost 2 months and on the phone I was convinced that there were no necessary spare parts. In my opinion this is utter rudeness towards the client, especially considering that they violated a cloud of clauses from the law on consumer protection.
A few days later I came to the service center again to find out what movements are happening about my claim. So he decided that they were not going to satisfy her and advised me to go to court.
Here I sit now and I think if I need all this crap. I’m sure that I will win the process, but I really don’t want to kill a lot of time for this, and that’s what it will be like.
In general, my opinion regarding HP has greatly deteriorated. Next time I think a lot before buying something from them ...
