Charging the starter:


This starting device supports the charge both from the mains adapter and from the car adapter by connecting to the vehicle’s on-board network via a cigarette lighter. The network adapter is rated for 15V / 1A. American plug, adapter present, cable length about one meter:

Charging time from 0% to 100% about 5 hours. When charging, the “IN” icon in the lower corner of the display flashes; after charging, it simply lights up. 2) power EC5 connector "mother" is designed to connect the power wires to protect against accidental short-circuit closed silicone plug

3) the display serves to display the residual battery capacity in percent, a brief display of the total output current for USB ports, the current DC output voltage of the port and the mode of operation (charge / discharge)

4) DC output connector has 4 adjustments: de-energized, 12V / 2A, 16V / 3.5A and 19V / 3.5A, switching by button 5 (cyclically in a circle)

5) multi-function button designed to control independent output ports and flashlights. With a single quick press - the output voltage of the DC port changes, with a long press, the flashlight turns on, with a double quick press, the emergency signal is activated

6.7) USB output connectors of 5V / 2.1A each. Maximum total current should not exceed 3A

8) 3.5mm DC input connector, designed to charge the built-in Li-Pol battery

9) additional functionality power switch - flashlight, alarm, DC and USB port. When inactive for 20 seconds, the starter goes into sleep mode.

Order of use:


1) Inspect the battery for leaks, because the water has a bad ability to expand when it freezes.

2) Connect the power wires: a red crocodile with a positive battery terminal, black - with an unpainted part of the chassis of the car.

3) Connect the power connector from the crocodiles to the socket of the car starter.

4) Start the car.

5) turn off the power connector and remove the crocodiles.

The device performs its functions, and this is important. Of the advantages we can note a good capacity in comparison with similar devices (with similar sizes and price), a rich complete set, a solid box for long-term storage and the presence of a display showing the current mode and the residual capacity in percent, as well as a bright flashlight and alarm signaling.

A good bonus is the presence of a large number of output connectors: two USB ports (5V / 2.1A) and DC port (12V / 2A, 16V / 3.5A and 19V / 3.5A), easy disassembly and upgrading. But the disadvantages are not so simple - the power wires and the protection module are not designed for a serious load, so without proper elaboration you should not try to start the “volumetric” diesel in a good frost. And of course, the lowered capacity, although honest 5-5.5 Ah is there and there are enough for a dozen launches.

The difference in price is striking, for example, a kit with a plug for European outlets costs $ 30 more than a kit for American ones, which can be purchased for $ 65.06 ( * ). And then just buy an adapter for $ 1.49 ( * ).
