The National Commission for Regulation of Communication and Informatization of Ukraine (NCCIR) has proposed to legislate a speed guarantee from the operator for subscriber connection. The warranty provides that the speed of the client’s Internet connection cannot fall below 70% of the amount stated in the contract.
