Well-known writer William Gibson, the author of cyberpunk, a favorite science sci-fi favorite by many geeks, which he founded (Neuromant, Graf Zero, Mona Lisa Overdrive), decided to change the medium of expression of his thoughts, and turned from writing prose to the writing of comics. Together with the artist Bruce Guice, he
creates the Archangel comics (Archangel).

IDW Publishing . “These are comics in the genre of alternative history and the intersection of worlds,” the author writes. - I would not like to spoil the peace building scheme, since it is an integral part of the narration. I would say that one of the first nicknames of this work, given to us by us, was "Band Of Brothers" against "Blackwater".

No wonder the Archangel comic book world is in ruins. The US government moved from the White House to the "Federal District of Emergency" in Montana. The technologically fictional world surpasses ours, although the action of the comic begins in February 2016.

In the story, the son of the president holding the post of vice president is surgically made like his grandfather — he must go back in time in 1945 to change the world for the better (at least from his point of view).
His point of view does not suit other people, as a result of which two marines are also sent back in time to stop the vice president’s intrigues. They are sent on a stealth plane, which very unfortunately appears in the sky with a group of British bombers. As a result, the first part of the comics unfolds in 1945, where an employee of British intelligence is trying to understand what this something appeared in the sky.
The publisher has already sold out the first series of 20 pages at a very high speed, in just a few days, and
announced the preparation for printing of an additional lot. For impatient readers, comics are available electronically (ePub and PDF).
