The blocking itself is made by teeth moving to the sides, which prevent the lid from opening. The mechanism does not have a reverse stroke and its opening is impossible. For unplanned and early opening, only brute physical force and hacking with the help of heavy objects is available.

The mechanism itself does not have a backstop, so it’s pointless to put pressure on the left tongue. Just like pulling out batteries. The drive motor only works when closing or opening the safe. They promise that on one set of batteries, the device can last up to six months.
I also tried to deceive the device, although the instructions say that the emergency opening is the only way to break it. I decided to experiment and pull out the batteries for a long period - 1 hour. Upon returning the batteries to the place, I saw the time at which the safe had stopped before. Moreover, the safe remembers the value to the nearest minute and then from this minute continues to count, that is, pulling out the batteries, the time of imprisonment of things only increases.
