Work searches

I have a few thoughts:

• It would be nice to make St. Petersburg, the second after Moscow in the drop-down list.
• As it was noted today, St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region are correct to write, because the Moscow Region is written for the Muscovites?
• Job search does not want to search in other cities except Moscow.
