Tekhnostart took place. This is a championship for students of MSTU. N. E. Bauman and Moscow State University. MV Lomonosov, eager to create their own project in the field of IT. This year the championship was held for the second time, the filing of applications began in the spring. Students laid out their ideas on the championship portal and formed teams to implement their projects. Later, a number of master classes, project development trainings were held for the teams, as well as meetings with the experts of Mail.Ru Group, Odnoklassniki, VKontakte and the MSU Business Incubator. Of the 90 ideas submitted, 9 teams successfully reached the final and implemented their first prototypes.
During the finals at the Mail.Ru Group office, all the guests had the opportunity to personally communicate with the participants of the championship, learn more about the projects, test the prototypes. Listen to live music with Jammium and Clap music projects.

Without exception, all finalists were awarded grants for 400,000 rubles under the “Umnik” program of the Foundation for Assistance to the Development of Small Business Entities in the Scientific and Technical Sphere, which, undoubtedly, was greatly supported by talented children.

The special prize, a meeting with Mail.Ru Group CEO Dmitry Grishin, was won by the Robonarius team.

Technostart provided an opportunity for students to translate their ideas, to try themselves in roles that they are interested in: team leader, developer, manager, designer.
