Dear Habra users!
Not so long ago, somewhere (it is quite possible that here, in Habré) information slipped that scientists proved the hypothesis that all people on Earth are connected to each other in a social network, and the minimum connection length does not exceed 6 links. Those. roughly speaking, you can go to any person through 6 people (your friend, then through an acquaintance of your acquaintance, then through an acquaintance of your acquaintance, well, etc.) - the so-called “The concept of 6 handshakes”, which you probably know without me.
Now social networks have received a lot of development, but for the most part this is all self-indulgence and entertainment. However, it would be cool to use them to build the shortest connections with unfamiliar, but necessary people (partners, clients, specialists, etc.). And although the existing soc. networks allow you to see each user's friends list (if there are no corresponding restrictions), to search for someone specific in this way is very, very not easy, and therefore it would be convenient to automate all this by creating a web service that would be based on the functionality of existing social services. networks.
Of course, the shortcomings of this are obvious - on the same vKontakte network, for example, you can hide friends from showing to strangers, and many people do not use social networks, so you can hardly find anyone, but who knows, it is possible that help you find the person you need.
Unfortunately, I myself will not be able to implement such a mashup, and therefore I decided to lay out this idea in the hope that, perhaps, someone will be interested in it, inspired and realizes it.
Well, or criticize to such an extent that even I will understand what kind of nonsense came to my mind))
