North Korea accused South of teaching school students piloting killer drones

The Nodon Sinmun, a North Korean government newspaper (an analogue of the Soviet newspaper Pravda), published the next exposure of the “threat of the imperialists” : By the end of 2017, the South Korean government set a goal to provide every schoolchild of the country with its own combat drone, with the help of which children will practice maneuvers, drone piloting skills and air combat practice, preparing for the perfidious vile attack on the country of universal happiness ), using modern technology of unmanned aerial vehicles ".

The “exposure of the imperialistic vultures of the south,” made by North Korean propaganda, is more like a mistake — accidental or intentional. In service with the South Korean Air Force there are indeed several types of professional UAVs for performing various combat missions. But in no school do children learn how to operate real combat vehicles. Most likely, the propaganda of the DPRK, distorts the facts and gives ordinary toys, so-called "quadcopter fighting drones", as combat drones. The schooling hobby of schoolchildren (and often adult men!) By small combat flying robots in South Korea is so massive that, from the outside, you might think that every schoolchild has his own “bayrobot”. Byrobot Drone Fighter - the world's first quadcopter gaming drones with air combat function, which are developed and manufactured by the South Korean company Byrobot, are officially called. And that Juche propaganda counted among the sources of the deadly threat to the communist regime of the North.

Byrobot Drone Fighter is really called "combat", but it is not able to cause real harm to a person. Boots are designed only for toy battles with other drones Byrobot. This is a game system of air battles, where all shots are made by harmless infrared cannons. The small size (the drone is not larger than a compact disk) and the small weight (only 30 grams) make Byrobot completely safe even for home use - it’s impossible to break a vase, damage furniture, injure a beloved cat or an old granny. A simple control (in the drone even have an automatic transmission) allows you to quickly learn to fly in an extremely short time. Even children of primary school age are able to master flights and air battles on bayrobotes in 10-15 minutes:

Actually, it is precisely in these technological "chips" of the Bayrobots that the reason for the rapidly gaining momentum in air battles, covering the technologically advanced population of South Korea, lies. In addition to South Korea, where bayrobot really became a real sales hit among the male part of the population of several other countries: "combat" quadrocopters enjoy a steadily growing demand in Japan, the United States and, more recently, in Russia. Fashionable toys are bought not only for home battles, but also for commercial use - in many countries there are attractions, where for a certain fee you can arrange an air battle on bayrobotes.

Nothing is known about the use of Byrobot entertainment drones either at the South Korean Ministry of Education or at the Byrobot corporation.

By the way, almost the only known case of the actual use of unmanned aerial vehicles by North Korea against its southern neighbor is the launch of surprise balloons into the adjacent territory.
