Several times we were asked to talk about our office, which plays the role of a point of issue, and we are happy to do it.
Our office is located in the parking lot of the store Raja Market (the second store after the border with Russia). Flags are installed nearby to make it easier to find us.
The issue point is made of 4 containers, which are most often used in logistics, and quite recently they were very fond of making pop-up stores. The containers were connected to each other, one wall was replaced with a glass case, the walls were painted in the desired color, and some necessary things were added - a ladder, a shoe brush and the like.

Inside there is an office for employees who work with clients and are engaged in logistics, two different warehouses (according to the customs rules, parcels that came from the EU should be kept separate from all others), there is also a recreation area where customers can drink tea or coffee or just sit, and there is also a table where you can disassemble the parcel, check its contents, make sure that everything is safe and sound.


In order to receive the parcel, the client enters his data into the tablet - the last name, first name or client number, pays for it if necessary (also on the tablet with any card), enters the number of the car on which he plans to take the parcel. For very heavy parcels, we have a second exit, where you can fit the car, as well as the cart.
At our point there is free wi-fi if you need to check email or queue at the border. In addition, there is a printer, if you need to print an invoice, there are scales to clarify the weight of the goods inside the parcel, there are scissors, tape and everything you need to open the parcel, check that everything is in order and back to close.
And of course we have a security system with cameras, motion sensors, so that the parcels are completely safe.
